Pros
Fair compensation and benifits. Work life balance is taken into account. Management does not go out of the way to set high expectations so if you keep your head down and do the minimum you will likely stay off the radar.
Cons
Unrefined management which lacks leadership skills. Unable or unwilling to bridge culture gap between Swiss and USA. As mentioned above, management does not go out of the way to set or maintain high expectations.
