      Pros

      You get to learn a lot if you are willing to put in an effort. Your counterparty can be nice to you (but it is up to a chance)

      Cons

      - Low salaries; - Benefits are not competitive to those offered in a job market in Prague - You will work hard and long hour without appreciation from the side of the management (overtimes are not paid out unless agreed otherwise with your manager) - If you are leaving the company - you can forget about yearly bonus that is calculated based on your previous year relavuations, despite HQ recommendations of its payout; - Management is not interested in your development or in your contributions; - High rotation rate among people (employees come and leave within couple of months); - Micromanagement;

      Pros

      Fair compensation and benifits. Work life balance is taken into account. Management does not go out of the way to set high expectations so if you keep your head down and do the minimum you will likely stay off the radar.

      Cons

      Unrefined management which lacks leadership skills. Unable or unwilling to bridge culture gap between Swiss and USA. As mentioned above, management does not go out of the way to set or maintain high expectations.

      New Management Resulted in Loss of Company Values

      Pros

      professional organization that provides good quality equipment to their customers

      Cons

      When the previous President of NAM (Rene) left the organization, the culture and values that made me love working here disappear. Upper management now just cowtows and are puppets to Switzerland and do not value their employees at all whatsoever, even long term loyal employees. One of the VPs has had multiple complaints of sexual harassment towards younger females and nothing has been done about it as this individual continues to be handed more and more responsibility.
