      Pros

      Most of my coworkers were really nice. Central Soho location was good for after work drinks. Summer party was always good.

      Cons

      Very long hours with uncertain shift patterns and regular weekends. Not sure if I could trust management. Slow to invest in equipment making some jobs harder than they needed to be.

      Pros

      High standard of care within the building, Snacks and water provided. Good facilities. Great tech support room with natural light

      Cons

      I have a great team so I have no problems within my departement. Workload varies and is determined by outside influences not in our control so there are peaks and troughs which is not for everyone.
