I like working in positions where I can work autonomously and be independent from others. At the same time, there is good work culture and teamwork. Overall it's a good balance.
Cons
The workload fluctuates which can be annoying. Sometimes it's super busy and sometimes there is not much to do.
I enjoyed working with the recruiters at Azimuth to get me a really great position, they listened to what I wanted and found a job that worked for me. I will definitely be back if I am ever back on the job market.
