Benefits are decent. Payscale is ok, with annual raises (usually less than 3%) and possible bonuses based on overall company performance.
Cons
Company is stuck with outdated management that refuses to see any problems, and won't implement any process improvements because they refuse to admit that any are needed. Company performance is sub-par because they refuse to use their available resources in the most efficient way possible. Leadership is prone to ego trips and toxic workplace behavior.
