It is founder-led and the only thing that matters is whether he is going to get the best return in a transaction. It is literally all that is talked about. There is no accountability and no plan and every single day is chaos. T he pay scale is atrocious and the CEO's approach is take some poor individual contributor with virtually no business experience or leadership experience and put them into key leadership positions which inevitably leads to their failure - and the business suffers. As with most organizations where the leaders walk around praising the 'culture' and saying things like 'we believe in radical candor', you know almost always it is the complete opposite. The culture is toxic and inbred and radical candor means say nothing that might cause a crack in the facade that carefully cultivated.
