      Good way of breaking into the industry

      Cons

      Absolutely garbage company. Commission structure is a total joke, they LIE and never pay you what you earn. VPs are horrible people that violate many harassment laws on a regular basis. Would be surprised if they even made it another year in business.

      The culture, co workers and the way you didn’t get hassled if you had an emergency and had to call in.
