      State of the art technology really is world class. Can grow your career through hard work and get to travel a lot and see many different working environments as you visit new customer sites. You feel proud to represent Axway - a company that develops and builds great technology in what is becoming a highly competitive area of IT.

      Cons

      Little appreciation for family life. Focus is work on company growth and not growth of individual employee.

      Pros

      Axway has a great installed base of customers acquired over the last 20 years. The technology plays a critical niche role in the customer operations. Few competitors face-off against Axway.

      Cons

      Axway hasn't sold a new customer a new deal and is living primarily on increasing their prices to existing customers. The customer facing staff turns over regularly due to shifting leadership changes at the top. The GM of NA has been filled by 4 people in the last 3 years. What's next?
