Pros
Honestly I thought long and hard about this one and the only thing I could come up with is it’s great the day you decide to leave. If you see a positive review it’s either from the management that is failing the company, or techs were offered gift cards for good reviews again.
Cons
Toxic environment, hostile environment, inexperienced/incompetent management and leadership, over worked and under paid, no safety PPE is provided, no safety training is provided, paychecks will not be sent on time frequently, if you leave for any reason you the company will make up reasons to take money out of your last check. Verbal abuse is common. No bonuses that are promised are ever received.
