      The company itself have great values and compensation, the workload is manageble and they care a lot about the employees

      Some areas are very new, the changing goals (lack of direction) affects the day-to-day work.

      Difficult to find one. The world is better without this one.

      Cons

      State companies are often inefficient or being mismanaged. This one is however by design and on purpose fulled by incompetent management
