- Micromanagement: You are required to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9 hours every day, regardless of any changes scheduled at night. You must also complete those tasks and be available the next day at 8:30 AM to provide updates daily. You will be randomly added to meetings, and if you're unavailable, you’ll be questioned about why you didn’t join the call.
- Lack of personal growth: There is no opportunity for personal growth here because upper management engages in favoritism. They openly identify their "left and right hand" employees, so no matter what you do, the credit goes to their favorite employee.
- Outdated office space: The office space and desks are very old, with a vibe reminiscent of the 1980s. On my first day, I was given used accessories, and I later found hair remnants on the used headphones. While the building complex is well-maintained by the Irvine Company, the individual office space is rusty, outdated, and has a strange smell.
- Lack of office perks: If you're looking for a well-managed kitchen with free food or a few perks, this is not the place. The only amenities available are a coffee machine and a vending machine where you have to pay for snacks.
I stayed here for over a month but decided to leave because I couldn't see myself staying longer. The average employee stays less than a year before leaving for all the reasons mentioned above. All current employees, except for higher management, are new, so they will likely leave eventually as well.
