Pros

Some how, Axos has a way of attracting great people. This fact alone is something I will certainly miss. The comp structure was fair for the sales roles I was a part of. PTO accrual was generous. Benefits were industry standard. 401K match is with company stock and has a vesting schedule. Sales training is decent depending on your department. If you invest your time and energy at Axos, they'll do their best to return the favor. They don't sell garbage. Axos's products are top class. There is opportunity to make money and do well.

Cons

Axos Bank is a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded, sales-oriented company. Ops staff is pushed to do their jobs faster and sales staff is pushed to sell more. This is the simple reality of corporate America and it is definitely not missed on Axos. There are some horizontal and vertical mobility options, however the availability of these options are dependent on your tenure in your current position, your performance in your current position, and your ability to network within the bank--which I assume is industry standard. Be prepared to stay in your position and work hard for a year minimum. I don't have much else negative to say.
