I've worked at a number of companies over the years, but if I'm being honest my time at Axon Garside has been the most exciting. The team are very welcoming and helpful. The commercial aspect of the business is second to none, with expert knowledge in the field, you are always going to have the best answers to any questions you may have. Thats from a customer or an employee's perspective. The Managing Director Ian is quite frankly one of the best people I have worked for. He is fair when it comes to flexible working, he listens if you have any problems, he will offer training expenses if you find the course. He was a pleasure to listen to with his years of knowledge in the business, so anyone would be lucky to have him as a boss. If you are looking for a flexible working environment which invests in the employees and making the business better, then this is the place.

No cons that I can think of.

Everyone is sound, cool working environment, no one is weird or snakey. Having a lot of fun even though its only been 6 months.

Lot of putting out fires.
