Great products and customers. Pay can be good if you get lucky
Cons
Rampant sourpuss / cowardly sales leadership at the low-mid level. Worst I’ve ever seen. The pay is also significantly below market value. Job is 100% luck. Reps who are deemed “successful” can’t ever get through product demos on their own and don’t respond to customers, while tenured and scrappy reps get put into the hardest territories where they make no money and get treated poorly by management. The culture is extremely weak
