Run, do not walk away, from this company - Anonymous employee Axis Teknologies Employee Review

I really like working for Axis, although the work is sometimes tough and the drives are long, It pays well and management atm does not mind overtime. I think the management is one of the best management teams i have worked with. They seem very concerned about their employees.

The only Cons that i see are Axis not being able to hire good, skilled and loyal people in the field to support the company, for some reason many of the field personnel are against management and that makes it difficult to have a successful and full-filling work environment.

Great pay... There was one particular person who cares and would make themselves available.

They don't know what they are doing. They throw a holiday party for employees and vendors to come. And the owner is the most unsocial person I met. She sat in with her family watching sports while everyone else was outside and in other rooms. Also most of the professional people dressed up in at least business attire but the family wore sports jerseys. Awkward!! And the owner was a snobby rude person. And I don't know why she is a snob because her place wasn't all that at all.
