Pros
Great learning and growth opportunities. Flexi working style which helps to balance personal life to some extent. Great gender diversity. Have been here for more than 5 years and have been exposed to various industries, types of work. Had opportunity to interact with global internal control / audit leaders of multi billion $ conglomerates. Very bold - as it is a young company, you get to experiment and learn and innovate.
Cons
due to global nature of clients, there is lot of stretch in terms of work hours, travel etc. But this is not too big a con for a young professional - pushes you to learn quicker.
