Pros

-Pay was half decent -Little to no over sight

Cons

-Management has no idea how to manage an MSP -Office PCs will be running windows 7 still and have under 8 gigs of ram and mechanical drives -Management will have you work for other clients when you're onsite for another, even though that customer is paying for that block of time of you being present. -You're expected to have your own laptop to do company work on, no the company will not provide you one or buy you one if needed. -You're expected to use your own personal cell number for all work related tasks, -Reach out to past employees and they will all agree, the COO has been making promises for years to improve things and never has. -All of the companies internal notes get stored in word documents -Company has a revolving door of employees and clients -Most customers have a negative outlook on the company -You will sometimes spend days waiting to hear back from management on what exactly you're supposed to be doing

Axis Computer Networks Response

This review is from a former employee that worked for Axis for less than 4 weeks. It is unfortunate that things did not work out but he was quite disruptive to our team and operations hence his termination. The majority of the statements made are simply untrue and this person was not a good fit at all for our company.

Pros

Various types of technology on which to work

Cons

Abusive, unreasonable. Lunch breaks had to be used for traveling between appointments, which is against MA law. Many days, I'd start working at 5 AM and wouldn't get home until 7:30 PM. The most egregious example of this was when I was told to head from one appointment in Southern NH to South Boston in an hour, which is absolutely impossible.
