Started great but it changed. Not the same - Regional Sales Manager Axis Communications Employee Review

Axis Promoted some people into management positions. Some of these guys have no business being in a leadership role. Lots of behind-your-back negative talk about everyone. Terrible leaders and very high turnover, yet HR and Axis Senior leadership turn a blind eye to it. I saw so much going on, and even when reported, the same rotten eggs are still at Axis, continuing to lower morale and reputation.
