      The revolving door of staff kept the office reasonably cool.

      Cons

      No structure or processes at all. Clients treated like idiots and every day was spent fire fighting against the latest disaster.

      Great team ,good teamwork leads to smoother delivery, happier clients, and fewer disputes. A positive team environment makes work more enjoyable and reduces stress and work overload on our busy projects.
