Hourly pay rate was comparable to skill set and experience. PTO could be used as needed e.g., one could take as little as one hour off and get paid for it.
Cons
NO job security, that is, the company constantly experienced financial difficulties and one never knew how long the company would remain in business . Working under these conditions was extremely stressful for all of the employees.
