Pros
Smart team of workers who are fun and supper polite (excluding "so called" executive management). Most Senior project managers are very helpfull with the limited time that they have. I do love my team and the studies that Axiom works on are quite interesting. Travel is possible for client meetings and some people even go to trade shows. Culturally diverse.
Cons
First off I would like to say that many of the positive reviews on Glassdoor are mostly if not all, fake. In one review labeled "Great Experience working in Axiom Real Time Metrics" and "Project Management Associate" posted on April 25th both look more like a job posting than anything else - Please check this out! At the "Global Meetings" they lie about statistics such as employee turnover, they think that their own employees are not smart enough to realize that these stats don't include the dozens of people who are fired while under contract each year. Andrew the CEO is a very manipulative individual who will threaten you, degrade you and make you feel small. He will publicly shame and then threaten to take your job away if you don't fix the mistake "by end of day". He will charm you on your interview and then from day one it will only go downhill. Their health insurance benefits are a complete joke for a technology company. Barely get any coverage and supplement with another insurance provider Axiom is a revolving door when it come to hiring and firing people. Everyone is hired on contract and it will take 6+ months to 1 year to get an actual full time position if you are lucky. The HR team means well but I would not trust them with personal issues, especially if they are with upper management. The HR team is completely controlled by the CEO and your private matters just wont be private. Work hours are extremely long, a lot of people are known for staying till 8, 9 or even 10 multiple times per week. The company gets away with this because it hires mostly young graduates who are eager to get experience and afraid of losing their job. I have done about many dollars in overtime this year alone, which of course is not paid, nor does the salary I get justify the amount of overtime. While on contract you must pay your own taxes, and you don't have healthcare coverage. Ensure that you get on the good side of your study team, this will make your life a little better.
