Pros
Great environment where all staff appreciate their IT Department. Management appreciates their employees and is willing to go out of their way to give opportunities to their staff. Great place to build your skill-set and learn plenty on the job. I have learned that here once you prove your worth, you will be rewarded and appreciated. Benefits are great too!
Cons
Communication is lacking sometimes between departments. For example, if a project needs to be completed and there are multiple people and levels involved, details might get lost and sometimes create confusion and stress between departments.
