      Pros

      Great coworkers, They make coming to work easy and happy to do so.

      Cons

      This business has out grown the leadership. They lead it as a $200 million business and not a +$1 billion business. They need to establish it as a true corporate company and have leadership that follows that kind of hierarchy.

      Pros

      One would assume a tough corporate culture, but instead, all colleagues are warm, friendly and helpful. Lots of internal events/ activities with Bosa Properties, really adding to the open-door atmosphere. Great and hardworking teams that support each other and strive for excellence!

      None in regards to the work and company in general
