Worst company in Bangalore - Manager Axio Biosolutions Employee Review

None....Axio Bio are cheaters and loosers. They believe in hire and fire policy. They play with people's careers and ruin them. The management has zero sense in running an organisation, can be easily brain washed and fooled into believing rubbish. No KRA's, no HR policies, no salary parity, nobody to guide, no induction, no exit interviews, no performance appraisal, no perks, no benefits, no IT support, printers are worse than typewriters, laptops don't function most of the times, constant power failure, tea and coffee sucks big time!only work and slavery!!! Fruits are cut by the same staff who cleans bathrooms without wearing gloves!!!! YUCKKKKKK!!! The moment they find cheaper resource, they fire the current employees! Have absolutely no knowledge about a corporate culture, corporate behavior and mannerisms!!!! They claim to " arrest bleeding" but they KILL AND RUIN people's careers and life!!! They are cursed as one of the employees had a miscarriage after being fired! Those holding ESOP's can dictate and rule how they want to run the organisation, those who are willing to leave their brains and act like puppets are promoted and given 100% hike! Employees have to sweep and swab the floor if housekeeping people do not come to work. They have only 1 product to sell, their annual turnover is less than a lakh!!! No PF, No medical Insurance, No Paid leaves, No Sodexho coupons, No team outings, no clear defined roles. The company will shut down soon as the investors belong to the same family and have no idea how to run a business!
