      Pros

      They pay pretty well for a small mortgage company

      Cons

      Benefits are incredibly expensive with very little employer contribution. Management is a joke with no clear direction (and a sprinkling of nepotism thrown in for good measure).

      Pros

      I had an excellent manager who was very knowledgeable, kind, communicated very effectively and fostered a positive work environment. Great co-workers as well.

      Cons

      The company was sold, so I had to look for another job.
