Pros

Literally only one of my teammates and the location of the office.

Cons

You could only use your phone from 12 to 12.10 pm and 5 to 5.10 - phone breaks they would call it. You had no room whatsoever to move your lunch hour, it had to be from 14 to 15 hs. I once went to the bathroom with my phone and was called with my team leader on a one to one meeting to be asked to specially not do that. If someone died, good luck you had to find out about it in those 10 minute phone breaks. They would yell at you for not making certain quantity of cold calls and the management is 24/7 on subtances that rhyme with octANE.

Pros

Culture and Work: The environment is culturally diverse, which brings a great variety of perspectives to the team. There is no shortage of exciting, high-impact technical work to dive into. Work-Life Balance: Despite the fast pace and challenging projects, the company maintains a healthy work-life balance and respects personal time. Benefits: The company provides a strong benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance and helpful employee assistance programs. Professional Growth: There is a genuine investment in employee development. Management is supportive of learning and often sponsors professional coursed or industry conferences.

Cons

Currently, there is a lack of permanent remote work options for employees based in India. In the current tech landscape, adopting a more flexible "work from anywhere" policy would be a significant advantage for long-term retention and attracting top talent.
