Pros

Axi is a well-established player in the FX space with a clear brand identity. The technical side of the onboarding process is handled efficiently, and the company offers good exposure to the FinTech industry.

Cons

The social onboarding was disappointing. The team environment feels siloed, and there is a sense that inclusion is based on seniority. As a new hire, it’s hard to settle in when the atmosphere is so reserved and colleagues don't make an effort to connect or even acknowledge new arrivals. Furthermore, because the office atmosphere is so quiet and non-collaborative, the requirement to be physically present feels unnecessary. If the culture is going to remain this reserved, it would make sense for the company to offer more flexibility.

Pros

Culture and Work: The environment is culturally diverse, which brings a great variety of perspectives to the team. There is no shortage of exciting, high-impact technical work to dive into. Work-Life Balance: Despite the fast pace and challenging projects, the company maintains a healthy work-life balance and respects personal time. Benefits: The company provides a strong benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance and helpful employee assistance programs. Professional Growth: There is a genuine investment in employee development. Management is supportive of learning and often sponsors professional coursed or industry conferences.

Cons

Currently, there is a lack of permanent remote work options for employees based in India. In the current tech landscape, adopting a more flexible "work from anywhere" policy would be a significant advantage for long-term retention and attracting top talent.
