      Pros

      You independently as a lawyer since you’re the only lawyer at that office location. You only work with the front desk customer service rep daily.

      Cons

      Low pay, no benefits, lots of driving from different office locations, work is repetitive, lack of mentorship from other lawyers so you’re on your own for everything, no chance of growth and opportunities here

      Pros

      Straight forward and diverse company. You can work well and blend with everyone. Provides work-life balance and pays you fairly enough with the job you are performing.

      Cons

      It's hard to write the cons because I am enjoying what I am doing. Probably the stress of deadlines and month ends but it's part of the job.
