The review posted on November 7, 2015 is 100% accurate. Axelon is a company with miserable employees and a very high turnover rate... If you walk around the office (either floor) you will see a ton of unhappy faces.
Some of the people who review Axelon are temporary employees not working as recruiters in their Wall Street office. Also 99% of the 5 stars reviews come directly from management. When a recruiter quits management finds it almost impossible to find a replacement… It seems as if they think writing 5 star reviews will outweigh all the negative Glassdoor reviews.
Do you want to eat lunch at your desk everyday and get yelled at for no reason? Would you like working Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm when you are only being paid $40,000 per year? If so, I’m assuming you want to be miserable in which case Axelon is the perfect company for you!!!
Be prepared to eat lunch at your desk… 95% of people eat at their desk every single day in order to meet their submittal quota. You start out with a quota of 10 submittals per week, which will quickly be increased. My team on the dungeon floor was once told “recruiting isn’t supposed to be relaxing”…. None of us thought it was supposed to be relaxing we just didn’t expect to be overworked and yelled at for things that were out of our control.
