      Axe group is my first company to work for in Australia and I am blessed to work with such a fantastic set of people after over a decade of my experience. Work-Life Balance. Down to earth management who are true to themselves and honest to your face. Flexible working hours Freedom to work (including innovative ideas)

      Pros

      Good and dependable colleagues. Company try to flow with the trend, so keeps you updated with the current market trends.

      Cons

      Even though the company is small it still has a gigantic process overhead for everything. So the things will move a bit slow compared to similar sized companies.
