Working environment has so much pressure and negativity. Manager yells and threats employees, and always hot-headed. There are a lot unnecessary fines, A LOT. Management is absolutely unfair, they promote employees because they are from the same race. Supervisors in the warehouse are mostly inexperienced, in addition, these supervisors only work when the manager is around, ridiculously pretentious I must say. A lot of rumors and issues. There's no team work. Every time you go to work is like someone's dragging you to hell. No salary increase. No benefits. No appreciation. Overtime is not paid. Terminating employees with no valid and acceptable reason.
