In quintessence, an environment which is open and transparent enable the employee to articulate himself and when we communicate in an open environment, then actually we can gain more, can be more stabilize. I don’t disagree not to follow hierarchy but keeping everything hidden and confidential is not always good. I am working in Awapal Solution (P) Ltd and here the management believes that transparency lets the employee feel working in a family rather than an office. When we have right to speak we get more satisfaction. When we get a family atmosphere with full of professionalism and understanding with our team, our seniors, our juniors, we actually feel contented. Stress-free human brain can be more opportunity for the company and the employee’s career. Few companies put unwanted pressure on employees but cannot attain anything out of it. If we are free to discuss out our values, mission, and our working philosophy during retreats or small get together, it can really take us to next level of achievement. Management missions, perspectives and goals can be known during these programs to work on then accordingly. Both Employees and Employer can be benefitted out of this, if handled intelligently. All the things are my personal observations and experience from my organization. Guys you can comment, if disagree.
