      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Flexible time off. Competitive salary...at first.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Owner seems to think employment laws and lab standards don't apply to him. No true leaders. Lab is understaffed and overworked. Sr. Toxicologist has no idea how her lab operates. Sr. Toxicologist will not work alongside her staff.

      Pros

      ethical and aggressive and on top of the industry both from account needs and industry changes regarding insurance. Nice people in lab and office that are extremely helpful

      Cons

      small and no literature, which is important for exchange of info to the clinicians at the account level. Minimums for the processors available.

      Pros

      The company is ethical. My supervisor is a great supervisor: patient, approachable, supportive, ethical and professional. Other employees I interact with are professional and helpful. The pay is above-average. The training was thorough. I like the variety in the work; as a specimen processor I interact with people and perform computer work.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of full-time positions available in my area.
