Lack of room to grow in company

There used to be a lot, now they have a nice breakroom and that's about it.

There's just no reason to work here, the nepotism, disloyalty to long time employees, management dishonesty, favoritism and grey area/unethical business practices are more than enough reason to stay away, and that's just getting started.
