The office location is in the middle of the desert. The office tranport pickups are always full. The fourth seat is also pulled for employees to sit. It was very congested in the pick up. The office had recently undergone renovation. The seating is very congested. 8 to 10 people sit inside a very narrow bay. No one else can enter inside the bays if the seats are occupied. Lunch is revoked stating that it wasOPTIONAL. The salary was negotiated saying that the company will be providing lunch, so the expense will be considerably lower. Going out for lunch was a pain as it was time consuming as the location is very isolated. Recreation room access is limited from 7 PM onwards. The office timing is from 9 AM to 6 PM. It defeats the purpose of having a recreation room. Why would someone want to refresh their minds after office hours? Why would some want to waste their time? Dont we have families? Gym is open from 7 PM onwards. After office hours why would someone wait for another hour to access the gym? The travel needs to be managed by the emoloyee if they want to access the recreation or gym. The joining salary is going to be the salary for a very long time. There is no review process. No appraisal. Only Denial from the HR. After you are employed, you will just be another employee floating around. Definitely there is regional biases. After the new HR management had taken over, its gone from bad to worse and moving towards becoming the worst company. They dont function like an IT company. They dont even know about IT company processes. Talented Engineers are leaving the company due to these reasons. They just to do not bother about attrition. The management does not take feedback from any employee seriously.
