      Pros are you can work your butt off and get nothing for it!

      Cons

      Worst place I have worked for. You promised me training and a higher paying wage every week. I received none of that and was left jobless after just 7 weeks. This place will tell you you’re doing amazing and make moves behind your back to get rid of you. Horrible managment, horrible owner, sexual harassment in the work place that is allowed and laughed at. Zero control over silica and safety practices. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here to work.

      Pros

      I was at my last employer over 5 years and have been at Avrio almost 2. Literally the best place I have ever worked. Hard work is appreciated and gratitude is shown often. We have a company party each month to celebrate employee birthdays. Hard working but fun culture!

      Cons

      None. The owner is amazing and the best guy I have ever worked for. Very much cares about his employees and invests in the right people to grow his business.
