      1) Responsibility, Accountability, ownership and Proactiveness are Key values. 2) Flexibility to work from wherever you can 3) Opportunity to learn from mistakes and grow 4) Drives a challenging environment 5) Open work culture 6) Flat organizational structure (no Hierarchial roadblocks)

      Cons

      1) Yet to convert as a mad-hatter which’s fun loving environment 2) Commute from far off places to the location might be time consuming 3) Work takes the first priority

      Pros

      Best thing about company is they believe in you if you have hunger for learning. Staff is very good they will guide and help whenever required. CEO is very nice, his vision and mission is very clear. He inspired me lot.

      Cons

      I think for me there is no cons because in my past 6 month no experience.

      Pros

      Great place to work and learn as well. They put all their heart and soul in the work and make you one of them be it a client, an intern or an employee. Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with such a company

      So far I could not find anything that could write as negative.
