Pros
One of the largest solutions distribution in the world. Multiple brands, challenging but there's so much to learn as you progress.
Cons
Lack of integrity, honesty and professionalism. Avnet is known in the market that I am in for not paying performance or 13mth bonus and commission earned for sales closures to its employees upon resignation even though the employee served the full year and achieved the sales target.
