As former team members such as yourself realize, our company has gone through rapid growth and change over the past several years, and that is certainly true throughout the 20+ years we have been in existence. We believe healthy change is a good thing. Both positive and negative feedback are what drives change, and helps people and organizations grow & improve. Is our company perfect? No. However, the leaders of our company realize that in order to grow and continue to improve and have success, we must not always remain the same. Regular evaluation of company operations, culture, vision and engagement are critical. As a company policy, we do not and have not encouraged employees to leave “fake” reviews. Regarding the CEO and founder of our company, Willie Chrans, we 100% stand behind him, his past, his present, his future and his ability to lead our company. Our founder is open and honest. Google and outdated media articles that lack complete information are not the best option when folks are seeking the truth in complex matters, including international investments. We respect each and every hardworking team member at our company, and we are actively seeking their feedback on a regular basis.
