Pros
I have been with AVITA (formerly Galion Hospital) since 2007 and have had the great opportunity to work with many wonderful people. The current department that I work in is simply awesome. We all get along; communicate well and have fun all while being professional.
Cons
Pay scale and PTO are always a con. When you hear about new grads making a few dollars less than you are when you have over 20 years of experience and you have hit the top of the tier... is rather disappointing and frustrating. The only pay increases you get are with annual reviews.
