No benefits, No PTO, No Insurance. Barely staffed, many times required to work alone with violent clients, no concern for staff safety. Supervisor doesn't enforce boundaries with clients. Clients are allowed to break rules without consequences. We are paid less than babysitters but job requires more training and responsibilities.
