      Some of the Department members are good.

      Cons

      1. Less Salary more working hours. 2. They don't hire more experienced people they hire interns. B'coz they don't have a budget. 3. More Politics 4. Salary cycle 15 to 15. 5. Sometime Saturday also working. 6. If the project is not there they fire employees. 7. Sometimes hikes are also skipped. 8. For Developer Fresher they provide more work and pay less salary.

      Pros

      It's a GREAT company full of talented people and a wonderful environment, with plenty of flexibility and room to grow. The manager / owner is a terrific guy and very supportive and genuine. Truly a great place to work!

      Cons

      Travel times can be tricky if you don't live closeby.
