      Pros

      We worked hard and stayed busy, but took time to re-energize over lunch and enjoying a game or two of foosball. Paul has a keen eye for design and has much knowledge to share. In a short time, I learned a lot about website UI and UX design, as well as finding creative solutions for identity, digital and print design. I appreciated Paul’s transparency on the health of the business — no surprises. Aviate Creative was a great place to work.

      Cons

      At the time, we were a small design boutique, so losing a major client had a big impact.

      Pros

      I really can't say enough good things about Aviate Creative, but here are a few: • You will work on a lot of fun creative projects and build an amazing portfolio • You will get really great creative direction, become a better designer and learn new things that will benefit you throughout the rest of your career • They will invest in you as an employee and provide you with opportunities to grow your skillset, and work on projects that push you creatively and align with your strengths • Fun, relaxed atmosphere • Employee appreciation events like lunches, paintball and other fun stuff • Your experience at Aviate Creative and the portfolio you build there will make it much easier to get a job pretty much wherever you want should you decide to leave.

      Cons

      Being a smaller company, they don't offer some of the perks that are available at larger companies.
