      Competitive starting salary Industry experience Hire mostly Fresh Graduates

      Cons

      Terrible Management and extremely opaque company. Will staff to fulfill contracts, then dump employees when contract runs out. Earn contracts with more experienced personal and instantly remove them once the contract is won. Revolving door in many departments. Management will say anything to get what is needed from you. Extremely disloyal to employees. Give you tasks with little to no resources to perform them.

      Pros

      High infrastructure support. You can get multiple VMs with your own database, environment and everything else you need to do development work on multiple releases concurrently. The new office in Metrotech is extremely nice, some minor issues but those are being solved.

      Cons

      Little technical direction, supposed to be monthly releases but given they use Clearcase for SCM and Sharepoint to list what files changed causes delays and cancelled releases. By end of year this resulted in cramming multiple releases in at the end of year.
