Pros
The people who work there are there because of passion. With all the chaos that has happen in the last 2 years and the sacrifices you have to make to continue to work in the space has to be passion driven.
Cons
Everyone is stretched extremely thin because of being extremely short staffed. Across campuses this is a very common experience, no matter the department.
