Pros
It was in a good location- very easy to commute to and from. The designers were all quite nice people.
Cons
I think this was my worst working experience ever! Firstly you are brought in for a three month contract (which in not legal) and a very small salary. You are told that if it works out and you are good the salary is increased and it becomes a permanent position. This is not true. The hours are officially 9-6 but the expectation is that you will work until at least 7 every night. The office manager is at best incompetent and blames everyone else when something goes wrong. Something goes wrong on a weekly basis. The owner thinks nothing of yelling at the entire group every week. Everyone is terrified of her. There is no training, no one has time to answer questions, and the over all feeling in the room (which is dangerously crowded and dirty) is very negative.
