My Overall Experience With AAD - Corporate Trainer Avenue Alive Direct Employee Review

Avenue Alive Direct offers a great training program for people who have never been in sales. Also the requirements to advance with the company are very clear. The management team has a real hands approach and meets with everyone regularly. I appreciate all the people I work, they really help me be accountable towards my goals, excited for the future in front of us.

Wouldn't really say, training is hands on, and expectations are clear.

I am a current employee at Avenue Alive Direct, and I am very happy with the overall experience I have had here so far. I have never done any type of marketing or sales in the past, so naturally I was a little nervous coming into the job. The one thing I realized very quickly was that you don’t need much experience in the marketing field to succeed in this company. They taught me everything I needed to know within my first week or so, and then once I got the hang of it I was much more confident in my abilities, and it really just came down to knowing how to build good relationships with people. Once I learned the basics I was even more excited to continue learning and taking on more responsibilities. The sales aspect of the job is not hard pressure sales, and it is something that is very easy to grasp, and actually pretty fun once you get the hang of it! I have earned promotions within the first few months here, and have also been able to coach and teach new people as well, which is now my favorite part of my job. I have fun at work, and I always have goals to work towards, and new things to learn. Even though I never pictured myself in a position like this, I am really happy with my job and the opportunities in the future that I’m working towards.
