      The central CBD office location is convenient

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, lack of leadership and business directives, management do not hold themselves accountable, no support for new starters, no development plans, have a long way to go with flexible working arrangements

      Pros

      The head office views of the Heads, Botanical Gardens and East. The majority of employees are very friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      Below average wages, no bonuses or incentives. The CEO does not believe in working from home. They turn over in staff is very high and senior management believes that staff members are replaceable/ disposable. This place is a great example of what a dysfunctional work place. If you like working in cults or in an institution, this this the place for you.
