Very clicky and incestuous environment, Only valued if part of the original members of staff. Over promoted staff. Lack of knowledge and no willingness to accept knowledge from ‘outsiders’. Lots of smoke and mirrors claiming to be best place to work. People scared to speak up. High Turnover. People working very long hours with no reward or acknowledgement.
