The company is constantly struggling within itself rather than competitors. High level executives care more about taking down other execs rather than improving the work quality. Changing departments and finding a right fit for yourself is out of the question with ego-driven managers. Asskissing is of outmost value, doing your job is important but efficiency is frowned upon. Not even going to talk about the religious pressure. The ability to innovate just does not exist, only capable of copying what competitors are doing. Personally witnessed a good and innovative idea being burned to the ground, later when the same idea was implemented by a competitor managers had the "decency" to scold their "underlings" as incompetent and not able to think.

AVEA was a right place to work for people who like to work in an competitive and flexible environment. There was always some challenges that you should handle like budget, unfair external competition environment, etc.

You should handle many constraints like budget and continously changing priorities. Brand image Changes destroyed awareness at the customer' mind. There is no any more cons that I can underline.
